Individualized Treatment.

I find and treat the root cause instead of just the symptoms.

I Specialize in YOU!

If you have some kind of malady and go to a chiropractor, it’s very likely they will recommend a back adjustment. When you go to an acupuncturist they will probably recommend poking you with needles. When you go to a medical doctor you’ll go home with a prescription drug, and if you go to a surgeon they will probably recommend surgery. Each modality is mostly going to recommend what they do. The problem comes when treatment begins without knowing the cause. For example, I had a patient who was given medications for Alzheimer’s disease for over four years, but he really had lead toxicity. Once the lead was removed, he was normal, and didn’t require any treatment. Even those who do functional, integrative, or holistic medicine often prescribe a treatment without finding the root cause. I have had patients bring in multiple bottles of vitamins that they were given for illnesses that didn’t require any of them. Thus, it is essential to find the underlying cause of any condition or illness before undergoing treatment. Some unnecessary treatments might just cost money, but others can be devastating!

Rather than have a title as a specific type, or modality, of practice, I consider myself a DIAGNOSTICIAN. This specialty requires a great deal of knowledge on every subject – it is the most general of all modalities, because it must take into account all aspects of health, as well as the most specialized, because each person must be taken individually. I specialize in you – you can’t get more specialized than that!

Sometimes, a person will stump me with a unique problem. At that point I start researching the literature to see if I can find an answer, which can come from anywhere:

• Metabolic, or problems with biochemistry
Genetic
Toxins
Infections (Bacteria, Viruses, Yeast)
Nutrient deficiencies
Inflammation
Immune system
Emotional issues

It may not be enough to know that someone has a yeast infection, I need to know why. Nobody gets systemic yeast infections unless they have immune dysfunction, which starts another level of testing to find the root cause.

Moreover, I don’t have a certain treatment that I try to give everyone. Each treatment is given only according to the underlying cause. Some need surgery, others need acupuncture, some need counseling and I even prescribe drugs, if needed. However, if the cause is removed, the symptoms go away, and there is no need for treatment – or doctors. I intend to put myself out of business. So far, so good.
